Who we are
GrowthPanda provides digital marketing, AI and engineering services to businesses in the US, UK and Asia. This policy explains what information we collect through growthpanda.co, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email, phone number, company, website and a description of what you are trying to achieve. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to deliver any audit or scan you requested.
We also collect standard analytics information about how the site is used — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device and browser. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies for analytics and, where you consent, for advertising measurement. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; core pages will still work. Where we run advertising campaigns, platform cookies may be used to measure conversions from those campaigns.
Service providers
We use third-party tools to run our business — including hosting, CRM, email and analytics providers. These providers process data on our behalf under contract and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. A current list is available on request.
Client data during an engagement
Where an engagement gives us access to your advertising accounts, analytics, CRM or production systems, that access is used only to deliver the agreed work. We do not use client data to train models, and we do not disclose client results publicly without written permission — which is why several case studies on this site are anonymized.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hello@growthpanda.co and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; if you are in California you have the rights set out under the CCPA/CPRA.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. We apply access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege practices to the systems holding it.
