RECOMMENDATION MEMO · growthpanda.co

Right now the site reads as a marketing agency. Ten changes make it read as a growth engineering company.

The problem is not the visual design, it is the hierarchy. SEO, GEO and Ads occupy the first three screens; the AI and engineering work — the part almost no competitor can match — sits below the fold in a card grid. Everything below is ordered by impact, with the fix built live where I could build it.

DIAGNOSIS · WHAT THE CURRENT SITE SAYS ABOUT YOU
80 / 20

Roughly 80% of homepage real estate is marketing language. AI and engineering get one card row. A CTO landing here will not believe you build software.

0

Zero testimonials, zero faces, zero video on the homepage. Every strong agency site in your category leads with human proof.

No headline number

You have 80+ projects and 40+ clients, but no single aggregate outcome figure. That one number is what a buyer repeats internally.

Static

Nothing on the page moves, reacts or demonstrates capability. For a company selling AI and automation, a static brochure undercuts the pitch.

01

Split the hero into two doors

One headline cannot carry both audiences. Give the hero two equal entry points — Grow demand and Build the system — and route each visitor into their own funnel from the first click. This is the single highest-impact change on the list.

02

Put one aggregate number above the fold

The strongest agency sites lead with a single cumulative figure. Yours is missing. Pick one you can defend and count it up on scroll.

PLACEHOLDER

PLACEHOLDER — proves the IT side
03

Show the product working, don't describe it

You sell automation. The homepage should run a live automation console — a fake-but-honest job log ticking through crawl, rewrite, sync, score. It says "we build software" faster than any paragraph.

04

Retitle every case study around the outcome

"Website revamp for optimized travel management" tells a buyer nothing. Your own confidential case studies already do this correctly — apply that rule to all 20.

NUMBER NEEDED FROM YOU
05

Add testimonials — yes, on the homepage

You asked whether to include them. Yes: directly after the proof cards, before the capability section. Numbers earn attention; a named human closes the credibility gap. Three is enough, and at least one should mention both the marketing and engineering side — that is the quote that sells your positioning.

A 20-second phone video beats a written quote by a wide margin, and you can capture them on a client call this month. Placeholders are already in place on the homepage.

06

Make the partner badges work harder

Google Partner and Shopify Partner are currently buried in the footer. They now sit in the header, in the hero, on the marketing page and in a certifications block — with room for Meta, HubSpot, AWS and ISO as you add them.

07

A motion system, not scattered animation

Six rules applied everywhere, so it feels engineered rather than decorated. All six are implemented across the new pages.

08

Go dark

The current site is white with a purple hero band, which is the standard marketing-agency look. A dark base with two light sections for rhythm reads technical, makes the purple brand color glow, and costs you nothing in accessibility if contrast is held above 4.5:1 — which it is throughout.

09

Rebuild the nav around two practices

"Services / Results / Insights / Company" hides the split. The new nav names both practices as peers — Solutions · Marketing · AI & IT · Results · Insights · Company — with partner badges and a persistent audit CTA. Scroll progress runs along the top edge.

10

Two things worth building next

An AI visibility checker — enter a domain, see which prompts mention you — would be the best lead magnet in your category and proves the AI capability by existing. A public ROI calculator does the same for automation. You already list both as services; shipping them on your own site is the demo.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

Every placeholder in the build, in one list

Send these and the site is launch-ready. Nothing below is blocking the design — they are drop-in replacements.

01 · CRITICAL
The aggregate number
Total revenue or conversion value generated across clients, plus total manual hours removed.
02 · CRITICAL
Three testimonials
Name, title, company, headshot. Video clips preferred. One must mention marketing and engineering together.
03 · CRITICAL
AI visibility baseline
The before-figure on the fintech case study is blank. Ten out of ten means little without the starting point.
04
Client logo files
SVG or transparent PNG. The strip currently runs wordmarks, which works, but real logos land harder.
05
Masked account screenshots
For the manufacturing case study — client name appears in the insight banner and campaign rows.
06
Which assistants you track
Naming ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews is far stronger than "AI answers".
07
Team photos
Senior-led is your claim — four or five faces on the Company page make it real.
08
Form endpoint
The contact form matches your current fields but is not wired. Give me the CRM or endpoint URL.
